Take a deep breath and settle into stillness. This 75-minute restorative yoga class combines gentle supported poses, mindful breathwork, and the soothing resonance of sound to calm the nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation.

Through slow, intentional movement and nourishing rest, you’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance from within. Each session weaves together the healing elements of breath, sound, and presence to help you reset and realign—body, mind, and spirit.

A 75-Minute Sound Journey with Breath and Vibration

Settle into stillness and let sound guide you home. This 75-minute immersive experience weaves together gentle breath practices, restorative rest, and the vibrational tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong to calm the mind and soothe the body.

As the breath slows, your nervous system softens, opening space for deep relaxation and energetic balance. Each sound frequency invites you to release tension, realign your energy, and rest in the quiet harmony within.

No experience is needed—simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the waves of sound and stillness to wash over you.
