About me
Nadine Dekema is a grounded, intuitive guide devoted to helping others heal and reconnect through yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. Her approach blends movement, stillness, and vibration to support deep restoration and renewal.
Nadine began her journey in 2005 with Anusara Yoga, a practice rooted in alignment and heart-centered awareness. As a former athlete, she was drawn to the balance of structure and flow, later completing teacher trainings with Ross Rayburn and Amy Lombardo. A deepening interest in the inner landscape of healing led her to become a certified breathwork practitioner through David Elliott, guiding circles and workshops in both Los Angeles and Port Angeles.
In 2025, Nadine expanded her work to include sound healing, earning certification as a Therapeutic Sound Practitioner through the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). Using vibration to bypass the mind and speak directly to the body's energy field, her sound work restores balance, releases stuck emotions, and awakens the body's natural healing intelligence.
After her own cancer diagnosis in 2025, Nadine turned to yoga, breath, and sound as powerful healing allies — an experience that now deeply informs her work with clients navigating health challenges, chronic stress, and major life transitions. She helps them cultivate trust in their intuition, stay grounded in hope, and reconnect with their inner strength. Her people are heart-centered and growth-oriented — ready to release what no longer serves and open to healing from within.
“She has a rare gift for helping people feel seen, safe, and restored. Every experience with her leaves me calmer, lighter, and more connected — both to myself and to something greater.”
